Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or to info@smartfoot.de). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. The withdrawal must be sent to:

Return of goods
After exercising your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the goods to us within fourteen days. Returns are at your own risk and expense. Please contact us in advance so we can work together to find a suitable return solution. In certain cases (e.g., incorrectly delivered items), individual arrangements can be made – for example, by picking up the goods or leaving them with the customer.
Please note that we do not provide standardized return labels or parcel stamps. Returning items without prior coordination may result in delays.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of cancellation.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Note on partial revocation
If you cancel only part of your order and thereby fall below a threshold that was decisive for free shipping, we reserve the right to recalculate the shipping costs originally waived, either partially or in full.
Articles excluded from withdrawal
Insoles that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal if their original packaging has been opened or the sealing seal has been damaged.
Please note that insoles are no longer hygienically reusable after direct skin contact.
